Elene is an International Relations Manager and Business Consultant at PMO Business Consulting. She is researching and developing international partnership opportunities for the company. She is also involved in business consulting, holding a specific focus on market research and project analysis.

Elene has previous experience working at a private equity firm as an Investor Relations Manager where she was charged with managing communication between her company’s corporate management and its investors, developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision, and creating a strategy to deliver value to company shareholders. Beyond this, Elene has participated in research and analysis for fast-growing organizations, arranging conferences, presentations for them, and informing them about industry developments and investment opportunities.

Elene is a FLEX alumni from 2012, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tbilisi State University and an MBA from Ilia State University.
