Ema is a junior Business Consultant at PMO, during her work at PMO she has been involved in several projects associated with research and analytical work. Ema has participated in various quantitative research, both marketing and social. In addition, she has experience in project management, coordination, planning, and conducting processes. She has solid experience in the research sector and engaged in various donor-funded projects. As a junior consultant, she also participates in organizational development projects commissioned by the public, private and non-profit organizations.

Before joining the Consulting industry, Ema had accumulated over four years of experience Research Sector. Since 2018, she has experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research in the private and public sectors. In addition, Ema has experience in planning and conducting face-to-face, in-depth, and focus groups interviews participated in the preparation of research methodology and analysis.

Emma holds Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Caucasus University and studies the Political sciences for a Master's at Ilia State University.
