Giviko joined PMO Business Consulting in 2021 as an Analyst. During his work at PMO he has been involved in several private and public research projects. Giviko actively participates in the desk-research phase. He also organizes and conducts data collection using qualitative research tools, as well as processes results, and identifies key findings.

Before joining the Consulting industry, he participated in various international and local projects as a volunteer. In 2019, for improving the UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), he visited the Czech Republic, where he raised awareness about Georgian culture and language in Czech students.

Giviko holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) (majoring in Public Administration). In 2020, under the exchange program he received a degree in Management from IÉSEG (Institut d'Économie Scientifique Et de Gestion) in Lille, France.
