PMO Business Consulting provided thirteen Executive Round Table (ERT) sessions on Employee Performance Appraisal System Modeling

In frames of the USAID HICD Activity, PMO Business Consulting provided thirteen Executive Round Table (ERT) sessions on Employee Performance Appraisal System Modeling for five representatives of the Poti, Khobi, and Zugdidi municipalities. The Municipalities consist of the City Councils, Mayor, and Mayor's Offices. The program aimed to increase participants' awareness regarding performance management system goals and implementation and to enable them to use performance management tools efficiently.
