Job Description: 

The main responsibilities of a management consultant is to participate and / or manage organizational development projects, work on project methodology, collect and analyze pertinent information, manage high level correspondence with clients, prepare reports and presentations, and present reports to clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Business Consulting project management; 
  • Working on business consulting project methodology, collecting information and data, systematization, analysis and interpretation; 
  • Client service, requesting information and further communication; 
  • Presentation of reports and project results; 
  • Active involvement in team work, identification of challenges and proactive problem solving. 

Requirements: 

  • Higher education degree in economics, business administration or a related field; 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs; 
  • Proficiency in both English and Georgian languages (verbal & written) 
  • Min five year working experience, including two year experience in organizational development projects; 
  • Business consultant working experience is a plus. 

Personal skills: 

  • Quick thinker, good data collection skills, comfortable developing and implementing systematization changes, high processing and interpretation skills; 
  • Extensive knowledge in the areas of business management, e.g. Information technologies, marketing, human resources, etc. 
  • Problem solver and creative thinker; 
  • Communicative team player; 
  • effective work scheduling and good time management skills;
