Digital and Physical Sales Strategy Development Project for Bakur Sulakauri Publishing LTD
The project aims to assist Sulakauri Publishing House in optimizing its organizational structure and adapting sales channels, taking into account new challenges due to the spread of COVID19. Our team conducted detailed organizational diagnostics, analyzed the organization's strategic vision, organization management, organizational structure, and processes, examined existing sales strategy and sales channels, identified gaps and opportunities to expand the market, and improved the overall performance of the organization. Our team has developed a detailed sales strategy, action plan, and process optimization plan to improve the organization's operations based on the analysis. The second phase of the project is to help the company implement the actions defined in the strategy, which include the development of a new organizational structure, management approach, processes, management, and detailed job descriptions that are consistent with the updated organizational structure.
