Training Needs Assessment Study on Primary Production and Processing Level
PMO Business Consulting conducted Training Needs Assessment at the primary production and processing level of the livestock industry. The study aimed to identify skills development needs in the industry, reveal the most demanded professions and prepare recommendations for required training and education programs to better address the existing knowledge gaps in the industry. The study was implemented in frames of the program „Safety and Quality Investment in Livestock (SQIL)”, funded by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and implemented by Land O’lakes Venture 37.
