Coaching and Training


This project was aimed at strengthening Pasha Bank sales and customer service skills through delivering training to all staff engaged in customer service provision. PMO delivered a two-day comprehensive, interactive training in Customer Service and Sales to more than 30 employees of the bank.


Pasha Bank is a Baku-based financial institution operating in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, providing corporate and investment banking services to large and medium-sized enterprises.
